Small bugfix update to fix some things we didnt notice last time.

-Fixed Salt, a useless item, dropping in bulk from supply chests. 

 -Fixed networked players swimming in the air when it rains. 

 -Added hitimpact sfx to dummies. 

 -Changes effect chance on Chaotic bow.
